Thanks for praying for our team. We had our 3rd outreach today on the island of Bussi. The island is about an hour boat ride away from our home base in Nangombe village. We saw the most people on this island then the two islands previously. All told today, the medical team treated over 300 people, the dentists had over 70 teeth extracted, the kids ministry taught 75 kids, and the outreach team got to lead 12 people to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior!
We are thrilled at all the Lord is doing through these outreaches and understand that your prayers are a key part in the advancement of the Kingdom of God here on the islands of Lake Victoria, Uganda. Please continue to pray for our team during these last two days of medical outreach and ministry. We know the Lord wants to do more and we are excited to see what He has for us!
Tomorrow night Pastor Carlos will be teaching at Calvary Chapel Nangombe and the team will get to be a part of this village church that CC Philly was able to build a couple years ago – please pray that this young congregation will be encouraged by the Word and our time of fellowship together.
The team is all healthy and doing well, and we are all enjoying getting to hear each other’s stories and testimonies.
